The company was founded in 1986 as Immobilien Regional GmbH, starting as a partner of the building society Schwäbisch Hall. One year later this cooperation was terminated and the company established itself as an independent estate agent. The company also started to provide property management services. In 1993 it was transformed into Immobilien Regional AG.

Immobilien Regional AG, one of the leading estate agents in the region, was based in a historic building called Goldenes Kreuz for 28 years, and in 2014 it relocated to new premises at Lichtentaler Str. 33.

Our estate agent services include buying and selling residential and commercial property only in the region of Central Baden, particularly in Baden-Baden, Bühl, Rastatt, Gernsbach and Gaggenau. We act as intermediaries for undeveloped properties, apartments, flats, single and multiple dwellings, mansions, manors, castles and special or commercial properties.
