The basic requirements are a university degree (preferably in business or economics) and a high proficiency in at least one foreign language. In this sensitive professional field we expect you to be self-confident, highly committed and absolutely reliable and to enjoy dealing with demanding clients. Supported by other team members and an experienced team leader, you start off as an Estate Agent in a well-established team. We offer an interesting salary plus a highly attractive performance-related annual bonus.

After a few years of experience you may advance to become a team leader provided that you have shown the required performance, motivation and skills. You will lead a team of up to four staff members and you will be responsible for sales and results, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
